Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) and no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service. This also applies to hair extension appointments. Any fees must be paid before future bookings.

Appointment reminders are a courtesy, and it remains your responsibility to attend your appointment.
